GABRIELA ANGUELOVA

Gabriela Angelova is a Tennis Canada–certified coach with a strong background as a competitive junior player, having competed both locally and internationally. She began playing tennis at the age of 10, and her determination and passion for the sport have driven her to continuously expand her knowledge—not only from a player’s perspective, but also as a coach.

Her experience as a competitive junior player has given her a strong understanding of the physical and mental demands of tennis at the developmental level, allowing her to relate closely to young athletes and support their growth both on and off the court.

Gabriela is currently being filmed for a documentary that explores the daily lives of five exceptional Canadian Francophone teenage athletes living outside of Quebec.

As a coach, Gabriela is deeply committed to the long-term development of future tennis players. She promotes hard work, discipline, and consistency while ensuring that learning the game remains engaging, positive, and enjoyable. Gabriela is fluent in English, Bulgarian, and French, and has an intermediate level of Spanish, enabling her to connect with a diverse range of athletes and families.
