Rising Stars Program (Ages 8-10)
Full-Court Play
Court Size: Full court (78 ft x 27 ft)

Rising Stars Competitive
Designed for motivated players who are ready to compete at the entry-level. This program focuses on advanced rally skills, point construction, and match play, preparing athletes for U10 tournaments and the transition to full-court tennis.

Term 1 Fall 2025 : Sep 2nd-Dec 16
Schedule:
The program runs on weekdays, either 2 or 3 times per week. Group lessons take place from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Optional private and semi-private sessions can be added based on individual needs and coach recommendations. Note: This is an invitational program and requires an assessment by the Head Coach. Please contact us to schedule your assessment.
All group lessons include mandatory fitness and track & field sessions.

Rising Stars Elite
Designed for advanced Green Ball players competing at the provincial and international levels. This high-performance program focuses on tactics, mental toughness, and match play, preparing athletes for full yellow ball competition.​

Foundation Development (U12-U14)
Solid Fundamentals for the Competitive Pathway
Court Size: Full court (78 ft x 27 ft)

Ball Type: Yellow balls
Description: This program is tailored for players ages 12–14 who are building a strong foundation in technical and tactical skills. Ideal for those newer to the sport or transitioning from recreational play to more structured training. Players will focus on stroke development, footwork, consistency, and basic point play. A great pathway toward competitive tennis and high school or club-level play.

Description: This program is designed for committed U12–U14 players who have progressed beyond recreational tennis and are preparing for or already participating in local and regional competition. Sessions focus on technical refinement, advanced movement patterns, tactical awareness, and mental discipline. Foundation Elite is the bridge between development-level training and full high-performance competition, with an emphasis on matchplay scenarios, fitness, and training habits that support long-term success.

Shaping Tomorrow’s Champions Today

Description: Nex Gen Elite is an advanced training program for serious U16–U18 players competing at the provincial and national levels. Designed for athletes pursuing collegiate tennis or aspiring to compete professionally, this program emphasizes high-intensity training, strategic matchplay, mental resilience, and physical conditioning. Players are expected to maintain a high training volume, compete regularly, and demonstrate leadership on and off the court. This is the final stage in the junior development pathway, preparing athletes for the demands of the next level.
